Haven House collects and retains the names and addresses of its donors and contributors. This information is stored on a secure, password protected computer, with access only by authorized personnel.
This personal information concerning donors is used internally for accounting purposes, provision of tax receipts, etc. This information also constitutes the primary database from which the Haven House fundraising mailing list is generated. However such information is never released, sold to or shared with others, for any purpose whatsoever.
Any donor may at any time elect not to have his/her personal information stored, or to have his/her information deleted from storage at any time by notifying Haven House in writing or by telephone.
